Overview

At TESSAN, every product is assigned a unique serial number (SN) at the time of production. This number serves as a digital "identity card" for each unit, enabling full traceability across the entire supply chain—from manufacturing and quality control to distribution and after-sales support.

Our SN coding system is standardized across all product lines and production methods (screen printing and laser engraving), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Verification & Support

If you need to verify the production details of your TESSAN product, please contact our customer support team with your serial number. We will be happy to assist you with authenticity checks, warranty validation, or product traceability inquiries.

How to Find Your Serial Number (SN)

Your product’s unique SN is printed or engraved directly on the device, below the product specifications/technical parameters section (usually on the back or bottom of the unit, alongside safety certifications and electrical ratings). This code is essential for warranty validation and product traceability.
